利用規約および個人情報保護方針
Netflixシリーズ「ストレンジャー・シングス 未知の世界 5」ファンフェスタ〜One Last Adventure〜（以下「本イベント」といいます。）試写会にご応募・ご参加いただき、誠にありがとうございます。この利用規約および個人情報保護方針（以下「本規約」といいます。）は、本イベントに関する当社の利用規約および個人情報保護方針についてご説明するものです。
16歳未満の方は、保護者が同伴する場合に限り応募・参加可能です。また、本イベント会場にて年齢確認（身分証の提示）をお願いする場合があります。確認に応じていただけない場合や確認ができない場合、参加をお断りすることがあります。なお、本イベントの一部体験には、18歳以上であること、かつ当日に現地で免責同意書に署名いただくことが必要です。該当の条件を満たさない場合、当該体験には参加できません。本イベント、そのコンテンツおよびサービス（いずれも「本イベント」に含まれます。）は、エンターテインメントのみを目的としています。本イベントは、Netflix合同会社（以下、その関連会社および各承継人とともに、「Netflix」といいます。）によって提供されます。当社の個人情報の取扱い、本イベント、または本規約に関するご質問は、電子メール
（experience@netflix.com）までご連絡ください。お問い合わせの際は、本イベントの名称を明記してください。
情報の収集と使用
本イベントをお客様に提供するために、当社または当社が指定する第三者が、以下の目的でお客様から特定の情報やコンテンツを収集することがあります。
(1)登録の確認メールの送信
(2)本イベントのリマインドメールの送信
収集されたデータは、30日後に削除されます。本イベントに関連するお客様の個人情報を含む特定の情報の収集、使用、および開示に関するより詳細な条件については、次のリンク（https://help.netflix.com/ja/legal/privacy）にある当社の個人情報保護方針をご確認ください。
本イベントの利用について
本イベントおよび関連するコンテンツやアクティビティは、お客様の個人的かつ非商業的な利用のみを目的としています。お客様が本イベントを利用する間、当社は、お客様に、本イベントのコンテンツおよびアクティビティにアクセスするための限定的、非排他的、譲渡不能なライセンスを付与します。かかる限定的なライセンスを除いて、いかなる権利、権原または利益もお客様に譲渡されません。お客様は、本イベントを公演又は公衆送信のために使用しないことに同意するものとします。お客様は、インターネット接続料金の全額を負担するものとします。
お客様は、Netflix およびそのライセンサーからの書面による明示的な許可を得ずに、本イベントに含まれる、または本イベントを通じて得られるコンテンツや情報を、アーカイブ、ダウンロード（個人使用のために必要なキャッシュを除く）、複製、配布、修正、表示、実行、出版、ライセンス供与、二次的著作物の作成、販売の申出や使用をしないことに同意します。また、お客様は、本イベントにおけるコンテンツ保護の回避、削除、変更、無効化、劣化または妨害をすること、ロボット、スパイダー、スクレーパーまたはその他の自動化された手段を使用して本イベントにアクセスすること、ソフトウェアまたは本イベントを通じてアクセスできるその他の製品または方法を逆コンパイル、リバースエンジニアリングまたは逆アセンブルすること、コードまたは製品を挿入し本イベントのコンテンツを何らかの形で操作すること、そして、データマイニング、データ収集もしくは抽出手段を使用しないことにも合意します。さらに、お客様は、ソフトウェア・ウィルスその他のコンピュータ・コード、ファイルまたはプログラムを含む、本イベントに関連するコンピュータ・ソフトウェアもしくはハードウェアまたは電気通信機器の機能を中断、破壊または制限することを目的としたいかなるデータもアップロード、投稿、Eメール送信またはその他の方法により送信または伝送しないことに同意します。
Netflix、その関連会社、その代理店、または本イベントの制作、プロデュース、提供に関与するその他の関係者は、適用法令で認められる限り、お客様の本イベントへのアクセスまたは利用に起因しまたは関連する直接的、付随的、結果的、間接的、懲罰的な損害や損失について、かかる損害や損失について事前に通知を受けていたとしても、責任を負いません。
Netflixは、お客様が本規約を遵守しない場合、お客様のNetflixアカウントまたは本イベントへのアクセスを停止・終了させることができます。
本イベント（本イベント上で提供されるすべてのコンテンツを含みます。）は、著作権、営業秘密またはその他の知的財産権に関する法律および条約により保護されています。Netflixは、Netflix, Inc.の登録商標です。ご自身の創作物が著作権侵害となる方法で複製または配布されていると思われる場合、または本イベントを通じて取得できる著作権侵害物を認識された場合は、著作権侵害申立フォーム (www.netflix.com/copyrights) にご記入の上、当社までお知らせください。
本イベントには、第三者が所有・運営する他のウェブサイト（以下「第三者ウェブサイト」といいます。）へのリンクが含まれている場合があります。これらのリンクは、便宜上提供されるものであり、第三者ウェブサイトへのアクセスは、お客様ご自身の責任で行ってください。Netflixは、当該第三者ウェブサイトのコンテンツについて責任を負わず、それに関していかなる表明や保証も行いません。第三者ウェブサイトへのアクセスおよび利用は、その利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーに従うものとします。
お客様は、本イベントを利用し、アクセスし、または閲覧することにより、本規約を承諾し、これに同意したものとみなされます。本規約または本規約の更新に同意されない場合は、本イベントのご利用をお控えください。
氏名及び肖像
お客様は、本イベントに応募することにより、Netflix及びNetflixが許諾するその他の関係者に対し、本イベントの開発、制作、配布、利用、宣伝及び広告に関連して、法律上禁止されない限り、お客様またはその他の個人に対して対価を支払うことなく、現在知られているものの他、将来考案されるあらゆるメディアにおいて、本イベントに関連するあらゆる言語、形式、バージョンおよび形態で、お客様の肖像（アイコン、アバター等の似顔絵も含みます。）、氏名、写真、音声、行動等を記録、描写して使用する取消不能で、永久の、全世界的な、第三者への再許諾可能な非独占権を付与します（但し、これらを使用する義務はないものとします。）。

You must be at least 18 years of age to interact with this Experience. The Microsite, its contents, and its services (“Experience”) are for entertainment purposes only. This Experience is brought to you by Netflix India in promotion of Squid Game Season 3.

In order to provide you with the Experience, we and/or our Experience Providers may collect certain information and/or content from you, including the following
● Identifiers (such as name, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, identifiers from the devices you use to connect, characteristics about the networks you use when you connect to our Experience)
● Internet or other electronic network activity information (such as your interactions with the Experience)
● Geolocation data (such as GPS coordinates)
We and our Experience Providers will use your information and content to administer this Experience.
This Experience might use Splash Analytics for analytics and statistical reporting. You can view Splash’s privacy policy here: https://splashthat.com/privacy.
If you engage with the Experience via Instagram or other platforms, we may collect public profile information (such as name and profile picture), subject to your permissions. Social sharing may also be available and is governed by the respective platforms’ terms.
We implement reasonable safeguards to protect your data. We may retain your information as required or permitted by applicable law.
● The Netflix family of companies for data processing, support, and internal operations.
● Experience Providers (e.g., technology or infrastructure partners) under strict confidentiality and purpose limitations.
● Legal and regulatory bodies, when required (e.g., for compliance, security, or safety).
● Other parties in accordance with applicable laws for the protection of rights and enforcement of these Terms.
You may request access to, correction, or deletion of your personal information. You may object to processing, request data portability, or withdraw consent where applicable.
Please contact experience@netflix.com with any such requests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority.
● Confirm you hold the rights or consent to share such content.
● Indemnify Netflix India against claims of IP infringement.
● Ensure the content complies with all applicable laws and is not offensive, harmful, or unlawful.
● Grant Netflix India a global, royalty-free license to use the UGC for Experience-related purposes.
By participating in this Experience, you grant Netflix India, its affiliates, successors, and authorized partners, the irrevocable, perpetual right to use your name, likeness, voice, photograph, and actions in any media, now known or developed later, for promotion, publicity, and distribution related to this Experience, without compensation unless required by law
This Experience is for personal, non-commercial use only. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to interact with the Experience and its content. You agree not to:
● Download, distribute, or reproduce content outside of permitted use.
● Modify, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Experience’s technical components.
● Transmit harmful code, viruses, or interfere with other users’ access.
● Only individuals who are 18 years and above may participate in the Activation.
● The Event is exclusively open to individuals who are Indian nationals.
● Audiences can attend only if they possess a valid QR code invite.
● Entry and participation require a valid government-issued photo ID (Driver’s License, Aadhaar, Passport).
● We will be recording, photographing, and filming the Event for marketing or other purposes. Your attendance constitutes consent to feature in such media, which Netflix may use worldwide and perpetually across all formats.
● Attendees are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled time for smooth entry.
● Rights of admission are reserved even for valid invite holders. Entry is subject to capacity limits and at the discretion of the organizers.
● Do not purchase tickets from any party.
● Registration does not guarantee entry. Check your email inbox and spam folder for confirmation.
● Venue parking is limited. Please use public transport where possible.
● Flash photography and video recording are prohibited inside the auditorium during the show.
● No professional, SLR/DSLR cameras or recording devices are allowed. The organizers are not responsible for holding or safeguarding such items.
● Prohibited items: weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, musical instruments, etc. These may be confiscated and the person may be removed from the venue.
● Liquids, alcohol, cigarettes, banned substances, and outside food are not allowed.
● The organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage arising from the Event or the use/acceptance of any prizes.
● No liability will be entertained for food, pollution, or consumption-related issues.
● Participation in contests/games implies acceptance of the final outcome. No objections will be entertained.
● Only one entry per person is allowed.
● Winners must claim their prize and provide all required documentation as communicated. Failing to do so will lead to forfeiture.
● Prizes may differ from promotional images or descriptions.
● You must comply with all laws and event policies. Disruptive behavior may lead to removal.
● You agree to indemnify and hold Netflix and organizers harmless against any claims, losses, or liabilities due to your actions or violations.
● These terms are subject to change at the discretion of the organizer.
